Chef Luke of Paprika Toast has curated a hyperseasonal menu that highlights the beautiful ingredients of harvest to help close out the last weeks of summer, with each course expertly paired alongside Eminent Domaine wines. Set in our tasting room overlooking the vineyard at the peak of harvest, this fine dining experience brings exceptional food, world-class wine, and the beauty of Ribbon Ridge together.

Chef Luke’s food is deeply vegetable-driven, complemented by locally raised meats and sustainable seafood. His cuisine is often inspired by an ingredient, a flavor, a pairing – truly an artistic approach to food.
